Tim joined Securities Quote Xchange as principal and CEO in 2016. Prior to SQX, Tim was the Senior Client Relationship Manager with Investortools Inc. Tim’s more than three decades of experience in the financial markets include, six years as Head Trader for Ritchie Capital Management, ten years as an option market maker at the LSE, the LIFFE and the CBOE and three years investing in Private Equity. In addition, Tim has managed to underwrite the weddings and college for three wonderful children. Tim grew up a surfer in San Diego, met his wife of 30 plus years at Wheaton College (IL) and lives in the Chicago suburbs.

Saied has spent almost 30 years in fixed income portfolio management, fixed income analytics, scientific software development and consulting. He is a principal at Derived Data, Inc., an investment management consulting firm in Beverly Hills, CA. Prior to that, Saied was a Managing Director at Bank of America Capital Management, responsible for all global and emerging markets portfolios of the fixed income division. Prior to that, he was a senior portfolio manager at Putnam Investments and DuPont Pension Fund Investments. Saied Simozar is the author of the highly quantitative book “The Advanced Fixed Income and Derivative Management Guide” published by Wiley in 2015.
